In this privacy statement Act With Care wishes to clearly inform what data the company collects and how the company handles your personal data. Act With Care wishes to guarantee your privacy and is therefore careful with your personal data.

·   Family composition, occupation and employment

 

Given the specific nature of this personal data, this processing is regulated more extensively in a Policy "Data Protection for Employees".

Candidate employees

 

·   The application data of candidate employees will be kept no longer than 4 weeks after filling the vacancy, unless you give us permission to keep it longer.

 

We only use the collected data for the purposes for which we have requested the data.

 

Transfer of your data to third parties

 

We can also provide the personal data that you give to us to third parties, if this is necessary for the implementation of the stated purposes.

 

For example, Act With Care uses the services of third parties for:

·   The hosting of our websites and visitor statistics. This means that the data from our websites is stored with a third party.

·   Alarm and localization services. This means that electronic identification data and localization data are stored with a third party and can be retrieved by third parties who have been granted access in the context of the agreement and services. 

 

We conclude a “processor agreement” with these third parties, in which we record the necessary agreements to guarantee the security of your personal data.

 

Furthermore, we will not pass on the information you provide to third parties, unless this is required and permitted by law.

 

We do not provide personal data to parties located outside the EU, except with regard to the hosting of the website (s) and visitor statistics. These parties are certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield.

To prevent abuse, we can request you to send a copy of your identity card. Your passport photo on the identity card can make you invisible. This copy only serves to ensure that you are indeed the applicant for an correction or deletion of your personal data.
